ALWAYS FIRST
I start with the people, the market, and the business behind a product. Real research, so what I design sits on an honest read of how users think and where the opportunity lives.

Design & Prototyping
Then, I turn that research into interfaces, flows, and working prototypes. I build things I can put in front of people, not static mockups that only look good in a deck.

Test & Iterate
From there, it's about finding where the design breaks and fixing it. I'd rather ship something I've watched hold up with real users than something that launched clean and quietly failed.
