Founding designer at a Carnegie Mellon startup simplifying the workflow between project managers and engineers. I own the brand and product design, building not just a tool but an identity its earliest users actually trust.

Leading design and research for a map-based platform that makes dense census, environmental, and community data legible to the people who actually need to act on it.

Ran the full UX process for a university-wide platform, from research and competitor benchmarking through Figma prototyping, while keeping 14 departments aligned on one brand.

Drove research for a public-facing platform through surveys, focus groups, and interviews, then turned the findings into recommendations teams could actually use.
